College Lookbook: 3 Outfits to Conquer Student Life

This week I decided to make a lookbook, specifically a college lookbook, because I want to include more for the style section of my blog. The lookbook includes three looks that start from a little classier to something cool and laid back depending on the events of the day in college. I did actually wear these outfits on the days that I shot the pictures during classes, club meetings, coffee with friends and other college activities. Let me know your thoughts. I plan to do more lookbooks in the future so remember to come back and check. Also, I gave the looks names because I love words and it was just fun to do (also, I like being a little cheesy).

P.S. The brand names are in italics. Also, click on the small pictures to see them full-sized.

1st Look: I got Class

The main piece of this outfit is the beautiful floral fall dress. It has just the right midi length and it hugs my waist in the right spot. I love how comfortable yet classy this dress from Bella is. I paired it with Vagabond black suede ankle boots. In addition I put a muted red lipstick on to pull the outfit together. My tote bag as per usual paired with the outfit to make it more edgy.

2nd Look: Book a Seat

This look entertains the black jeans by H&M with the floral details. I do enjoy these jeans because they’re somewhere between skinny and straight. They are also truly comfortable and just go well with the light pink shirt. I wore another pair of shoes which were both suede and by Vagabond. Finally, I put my hair up in a bun with a scrunchie which is an accessory I always appreciate.  Additionally, I accessorized with golden earrings with green detail which were a gift from my aunt.

3rd Look: Mean Jean

Last but certainly not least is this laid back look featuring jeans and a shirt. I do love jeans and especially for college. They make for an effortless look which always looks edgy. The shoes I chose, from Aldo were also honestly edgy, I mean, look at them. They are what pulls the outfit together and make it special. The shirt is from Massimo Dutti which makes for a balanced look between classy and the cool of the rest of the outfit.

Overall, I felt comfortable wearing either of the three outfits. On all of them I accessorized with my Pandora bracelet and rings, which are surely my favorite and most used accessories, and also with my Fossil watch which is also a favorite. All the pictures were taken by me as well.

Let me know your thoughts on this college lookbook. Which outfit did you like best? Do you like the idea of lookbooks? What were your favorite details?
